Meet Gina, Lead Trainer at G21 Aesthetics Academy
I’m Gina, the Founder, Lead Trainer, and Entrepreneur behind G21.
With nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, and advanced laser procedures, my mission has always been to help others uncover their natural beauty through effective, evidence-based techniques.
I opened my first training center in 2019, and although the pandemic brought challenges that temporarily closed our doors, it also sparked a new vision. In 2021, I launched my first skincare product line, created specifically for my clinic and clients. In 2025, I’m proud to be expanding into a full G21 Skincare line—available for both retail and wholesale.
As an entrepreneur, I also specialize in sourcing and importing high-quality facial and laser equipment to ensure our students receive the most advanced, up-to-date education possible. At G21 Aesthetics Academy, I’m dedicated to teaching everything I’ve learned through years of real-world experience—so you can build your skills with confidence and credibility.

Meet Our Expert Instructor – Nurse Neda
Nurse Neda is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetic Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
After graduating from Mohawk College in 2014, Neda began her career in mental health, but her passion for combining health and beauty led her to pursue medical aesthetics in 2016. She completed her studies at Centennial College and has since undergone extensive training in cosmetic injectables, learning from top professionals around the world.
In 2021, Nurse Neda began teaching the INJC 101 course, which covers key topics in botulinum toxin (Botox) and hyaluronic acid fillers. The program equips new nurses with comprehensive knowledge of facial anatomy, patient assessment, pharmacology, and hands-on techniques, all backed by certification upon completion.
As a proud member of the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Canadian Society of Aesthetics Specialty Nurses, and the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario, Neda is dedicated to providing clients with natural, subtle, and effective aesthetic results while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.

Margaret brings nearly two decades of experience in coaching and mentoring individuals through life’s many transitions.
As the founder of MBRACE Life Coaching, she has guided people from all walks of life—students stepping into adulthood, professionals navigating career shifts, parents adjusting to new roles, and individuals rediscovering their purpose later in life.
Her coaching is grounded in empathy, practical strategies, and personal insight. Margaret believes that true transformation begins when we fully embrace where we are. Her mission is to help others find clarity, confidence, and direction as they move toward the life they truly want.
At G21, Margaret offers valuable support and mindset coaching to both students and clients, encouraging personal growth, balance, and resilience throughout their journey in aesthetics and beyond.
